It's extremely weird, because there was a very old render of a device that looked exactly like this. Looks like HTC went with some internet talent. It wasn't amongst the best renders around though..

Although it's unlikely, BUT I really hope it has a big battery... sick of short battery life with my Galaxy Note ... ugh!

Xperia Z has even smaller battery than my Note, and HTC recent devices are all considered handicapped regarding battery lives... I don't think anyone would mind few extra mm thickness for 10 more hours of battery life!
