The beauty about plastic is, it doesn't rust when submerged in water like the metal smartphones

The release of massive slab of phones with very thin bezel ... and yet none of the android phones have the "thumb rest" features like ipad mini.
I misclick the return button so many times when typing one-handed on the note2... zzz.

Those 'needs' u post are just gimmicks, 'wants' that ppl want to have to make their phone feature rich.
U dont account for 90% of samsung consumers that focus on cores, ram, clockspeed but never ever use any of these features.
In the end, features just makes up the accountable numbers however everyone forgets that the chip in iphone5 is actually an innovation and advance push which is in fact better in quality than quantity count, apart from its IOS negative crab.

If the SIV more than doubles the SIII performance, who cares what chipset it rocks? The Exynos 5 quad - even the octa version - might drain too much power to produce acceptable battery life @ 2600mAh. Makes more sense for the 6" Note III which at that size is likely to close on the 4000mAh mark.
As a matter of fact, some uniformity is not bad so app and game developers can focus more on a single, popular HW environment over splitting time over many, in any case these benchmarks, at 1080p, are pretty darn good.

Funny thing:
I have Xiaomi M2 and its AnTuTu 3D performance is by far better than that of Meizu MX2. Xiaomi M2 uses Qualcomm's quad-core chip, Meizu MX2 uses Exynos chip from Galaxy Note 2. So I'm not sure international variant will be any faster than Korean one...
