it is hard for you to accept that samsung dominates the market.

you said they are spending billions for ads well thats part of marketing strategy

iphone too and you will see their tv ads even if the phone is not yet available in the local store

billion money(samsung) is very different to a million money (lg/other manufacturer not spending so much money for ad.)

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-02-13 15:03 from t78b - click to readif that is the case why are people not really buying WP8 phones
i think its a combination of the 2 ads and also word of mouth.

Yep the phone is made out of plastic but i have to say i really
enjoyed using my S3 the only reason i changed was because i wanted
a true Android experience so now i have an Nexus 4

If people didnt truly like the phone you now have a month to take it back so to be honest you dont really have to be stuck with it.

The S3 is a great product

If people cared about designs, then why would people chose samsung out of the rest? Are you saying people are that stupid to say to themselves "Oh i care about designs, but since i saw the samsung ad, i must chose samsung even though it looks ugly"? i dont know about u but my brain doesnt work that way... obviously galaxy phones such as S3 and Note2 are not that bad looking, with one of the best features.

samsung sold more millions phones , not because they are the best in design or specifications.

they just sold millions of phones because they spent billions of money for their ad.

most people are ignorant...
they just buy what was told to them.
they just buy what they heard & seen on the tv.

a few knowledgeable ...

being with mainstream doesn't mean you are in the right path!

samsung is one of the best interms of specifications of a phone but their phones are mostly still ugly plastic & look cheapest design...

unlike lg & sony xperia z ? optimus g/g pro
these phones are not just excellent in specifications/ features but also look premium & elegant design...

samsung s3?& (incoming s4) is truly plastic ugly phones...
they sell more phones just because of billion money spent for advertisement...

most people are ignorant! they buy what they just saw on tv ad.

> In reply to [deleted post]Polycarbonate made phones are much better than aluminum made because plastics are easy to replaced at cheaper cost also plastics can protect your phone in extreme environment for example in hot weather aluminum made phones such as crapple will damage its internal hardware due to overheating thats why plastics are the best choice for phones so you have no rights to say that plastics are cheap in fact it is one of the most useful materials we've ever used.... Lastly aluminum gets rusted overtime and they are easily to have signal interference so use your brains before saying that samsung is cheap

Don't know how I feel about this. Though I haven't seen this device I dont think it could look better than the Xperia Z. I guess intregated buttons looks much better and cleaner in my opinion :)
