Purchased XOLO A1000 5days before. After using this phone for 5days, am posting this comment. First of all the look is simply superb. handy too. but little bit weight. slimmy too. coming to hardware the phone is fast enough in processing. camera is having many features like a digital one. camera quality is good but not great. then to all those who say gaming is impossibe here, i am playing 11 games in this. temple run 2 runs excellent. vector and subway surfers are running excellent. this is true as am using it for 5days. use pani pathu comment eludhunga da dai..

Today only i purchase xolo1000 from a local dealer, bit confused with the samsung grand and xolo1000, got a chance to have a look of xolo 1000 get totally flaten up with the look and finaly decide to purchase a xolo1000. came to home and instantly installed temple run 2. game was running with the lag, thought must be the problem with the compatabily. then installed temple run 1 running with the lots of lag. then finally decided to run homerun battle 3d which works fine on my galaxy y. it was also showing the lag during the play then i come to know that some thing is wrong with this handset, cos having a dual core processor with one gb ram. in which more than 500 mb remain free always.
then i decided to do some benchmarks and the reality comes in front of me. the scores are as follows

Quadrant Benchmark : 2650
Nenamark 2: 17.1 frames per second( playing game is impossible)
multi touch : 5

then i come to know its not possible to play any game on this handset
Really got a feeling of folled by the specification. handset have a killer look and a good specs, but good for nothing.

all friends please beware.... think before buying this product. other wise you have to regret like me

if your money is hard earned dont go for this handset
i am lucky that i have purchased this handset from the local dealer. who agreed to return the handset i lieu of vat 1000rs other wise i have a total loss of 12500 rs

I am writing this review just to save hard earned money of others.

one more thing i want to add about xolo a1000 that on the box it was written 8 mega pixel camera but in camera setting it shows upto 12 megapixel camera. surprise that even xolo dont know that which hardware they are incorporating in their phone. the only good phone of this phone is its look. other wise its a laggy phone just a dual sim phone not a smart phone.

I'll not say much more about the A1000. I'm just waiting to see the mobile. whatever will be the price don't worry about that. the fact is A1000 can beat box mobile in circumtances of its feature support full HD 1280. 5.0 screen .

Got it 2 days bakc after doing lot of searches. Cool luk n touch is also gud. Value for money. Display is superb as compared to other same budget phones

mmx a116 processor is better than XOLO A1000.
mmx A116- MTK quad core 1.2 Ghz
XOLO A1000-MTK 1GHz dual core.

The only advantage that Xolo 1k as in my opinion is the BSI sensor.

just be practical merely specification doesn't guarantee any performance and sorry to say look wise your Canvas HD 116 stands nowhere near Xolo A1000
it Just blast away canvas HD

specification wise it may be little behind than micromax a116. but overall quality wise xolo 1000 is far ahead. it has 100% kicked out. the drawbacks that's found on a800 and made 50% powerful. so I think no nessesity to look backwards while. purchasing it. screen and camera wise it is ahead.processor looks no more slow than mmx a116 that I using both in my shop.

Very good phone and I am a xolo lover too compared to Micromax and any Samsung product xolo is far better and is value for money to.......
