The update is good but after the update the phone has become dead slow!! It takes too long to launch an app!! Serious issue here!!

Kies keeps on downloading firmware update repeatedly, I tried rebooting phone, laptop... but phone is not updated.

each time i connect kies, it is downloading the firm, again and again...

please help...

I updated note n7000 to jelly bean using kies on PC. It will take 30min-1hr depending on net speed.
Can somebody list all the features we will get after upgrading to Jelly bean?
I wanted to cross-check. Till now
- Google Now
- Multi Window
- display screen only when you are looking
- what else?
