140,000 is good
compared to 375,000 BB Z10 shipment, where they cut it from 1.7M.

TV - maybe.
Camera - not even close. Sony's cameras and sensors are among the best in the world.
Phone - not in a long shot.

I realy liked this phone until I saw the review on this site, looks wise its the best but whats holding me back is the screen quality and the speakers on this phone (as I actually use these the most), my brother has preordered it in the UK based on my recomendation and then I will see first hand how the phone is and if I will be getting one.

I can see this phone selling 10-20 mill, which is a good thing in this market and I really like sony, one of the few non-apple premium brands

This is only ONE carrier in ONE country, which was Japan and it sold 140k. The only other place this has been available is directly from Sony in France and it was sold out in a day. Numbers in France are unknown but it must be a fair few.

570€ unlocked in Vodafone NL! I had the pleasure of using this phone today and unfortunately I thought it becomes too much of a finger magnet to the point that it is not gorgeous anymore. And it is waaay too big. Everyone struggled to use it with one hand. I would buy it for the design, but these two points make me wait for the GS4 and the Nexus X.
