MWC in Barcelona is big event for all Android fans every year. They will show all the latest cutting edge technology for all Android devices. That the reason why Android dominated market share in Spain with a whopping 90%. iPhone is fighting the last 10% with other OS.

I'm specting someone to announce using the Snapdragon S4 Play with 720p video capabilities or some products with Snapdragon 200 processor series.

That would be a budget very nice phone i would definitely buy replacing my little ZTE Racer.
