Most of you judge phone by camera alone. That's sad. why don't you looks at the phone as a whole then compare it. With that Xperia z is the winner. Gg

as far as i could remember, the CNET guy indicates that what was focused on that lady's picture with sunlight was the face, not the neck, the necklace, the lower part of the hair nor the shirt, but on her face. Why don't you crop the picture at what is being focused?

Thats the reason and not because of the no/less market youve mentioned...

Lumia 920 was good camera as well, the majority using windows phone still not much.

Comparing with no/less market phone was extra useless step.

These pictures turned up on a another site last week,
they stated that the HTC photo's were taken on a pre release firmware, so there is a potential for improvement. As you say it's early days!

Ill be honest.. I love a good camera on a device... but for me, everything after and including the iPhone 3GS was more than enough.. This should be fine for what I would need, like all the camera phones :) Bragging rights is another story, but for real use, this is good.

This set photo was origin from CNET. In actual size, HTC did much better in details, exposure and better low light situation.

Review here was incorrect due to the author mistakenly enlarging the photo which impact the actual quality.

I mean HTC One in low light conditions the pic is more lighter than iphone 5, Samsung galaxy S3 and S2.

Heres one taken at the One launch event, we are not talking small differences, the One gave a nearly useless result,
