if Nokia will continue to be like this then they're finished!! low end phones are their bread and butter now, so they need to give something very competitive on that market, and Symbian is really the best choice ( and also meltemi if it really exist) coz Android ( and even the upcoming firefox)will slowly and surely eat their bread and butter!!

> In reply to lalaland @ 2013-02-25 12:55 from v0qZ - click to readSymbian cannot coexist with Windows Phone because Symbian is too powerful and it could hurt Lumia sales, which is Nokia's priority right now. S40 or Asha Touch, on the other hand, stays a good distance from WP.

I can make out two different phones from those pictures. One has the dual-shot plastic, 5MP camera with flash, and capacitive back button, while the other has the single-layer plastic, unlabeled camera and physical back button. The dual-shot plastic is gorgeous and the new back key makes me hope that S40 touch got revamped again, this time with more power to compete with low-end droids.

Hope it isn't crippled with S40. Such a useless OS! Can't even delete unwanted mobile settings like on S60.

> In reply to Fiq @ 2013-02-25 10:54 from tuf9 - click to readi do wish that this will run on symbian instead of the shitty S40!!!

i mean symbian isnt a demanding OS for its hardware (see 808 pureview's CPU and RAM) it can run decently on a 10 year old single core(ARM11) with a mere 512 RAM, it can match some top-ier android with dual/quad core and 1/2GB RAM!!!

what's the point of S40? its really a shitty rip-off of the meego OS! not even a real smartphone OS!

so im begging nokia to continue symbian!! put symbian on low end instead of S40!! coz your ashas are now their bread and butter!! so if cheap android and some new comer firefox OS will be aggressive in low end as well, nokia will be finished!!!

come on nokia! listen to people who care about your status!!

Different from other Asha series smartphones. Simply attractive and beautiful design. Better features from it's family and easily affordable. Whats more. Nothing.. LOL
