I am shocked!!! Yes thats the word to summ up my feelings now.

For all last 2 months all those beautiful pictures of Lumia 1000 or EOS whatever it may be called were making us wait for this moment and see what we get in the end?

Forget about pureview there was not even a top end phone to take 920's place, no new innovation displayed?

All we get in the announcement is some mid level phones!! OK that phones also deserves a place no doubt, but where is the show stopper. These phones could have been demonstrated by some mid level company but not Nokia.

Atleast they could have showcased some high level phone or technology and we could have waited for it like any Loyal Nokia Fan. And Not even a small word spoken about Pureview technology, are you guys not proud about it anymore?

Its all waste of time since last 2 months waiting for MWC to see really some nice innovations.

you guys always think only for youselves. If Nokia announce the "rumored" 41mpPV Lumia today, definitely it will spoil the the grounds of NL920.

I, too, is a little bit disappointed because i'm eagerly waiting for this. 920 is just months old and developing a slim, lightweight, 41mp PV monsterphone is definitely time consuming.

I'm really hesitant on buying the L920 because of this rumor, yet now I can decide whether to buy it right away or just wait for the Nokia World on September, is it?

Ummm, where does africa fall in. I only see dates for asia,europe and america... or will the nokia 105 and 301 suffice for the african market? I've been waiting for the 520 and i hope it makes its way to kenya.

The guy from CNBC India asked direct question 'whether pureview in terms of megapixel (like in 808) is coming to windows phone?'
Nokia CEO Stephen Elop replied 'there is lot more coming in a later part of 2013'

So probably Lumia 920 will enjoy few more months of being WP flagship and there you go, next flagship having true pureview experience.

Nonetheless, those Lumia 520 and 720s are really needed to compete against low cost Android offerings in emerging markets. 520 will truly deliver best smartphone experience in its price range.

Camera innovations in budget Asha phones are nice too.

I think HTC One's new Camera technology caused a withdrawal of the Lumia pureview from the show.
HTC are now the camera smart phone kings.
Nokia saved face by a withdraw out of embarrassment and showed HTC respect.

i am disappointed that they didn't show great innovations today, but upon hearing the 720's has bright f1.9, asha that can do a panorama, at least i'm relieved...still hoping for EOS...
