this is a complete failure.
The main problem of the L3 was the low resolution QVGA display. 320x240 pixels for 130$ in 2013? seriously?

This is a a low-end smartphone. It's more than that, it's a bottom-end smartphone. It still has a quite good processor (probably the fastest on its class), runs JB out of the box, and considering how fast the L3 felt (for its price) it should be a major hit at that price point. I'm actually surprised at how GOOD the specs are, for what it should cost. Of course they can't match my SGS3, but that is not the idea of this device: this should be the fastest very-very-cheap Android around for some time.

flop l3 II. i bought lg phone and never got any update since the day i purchased it.

you have to buy new lg phone to get an update.
