First Apple always supported there old devices. Then Android fans always cried "why is my supplier so shit" (Motorola, Samsung, Htc, Sony etc).
Then when sales still couldn't catch up - these companies, not because they are nice, but because someone has obviously said to them "you must give updates or no one will support your phones long term".
And so, updates for androids was born.
Your welcome.

Having a one x+ right now.. and had sensation before this.. i updated it to 4.0 and sense version 3.5.. from those update it has become verse .. power saver option wsnt there.. battery ws draining all the way.. not only coz of power saver.. bt though it wsnt well to good..fetures like auto correction, i wsnt able to change it.. it remained on,,anination of screen had been too slow.. may n coz of less ram which wsnt upporting 4.0.. and lot more disadvantages.. and now.. dont wanna ruin just this awsome bastard in my hand.. i jsut love this phone.. bt dont wanna go for tht much of worst kinda update which will just give me some options elsw and some other kinda animations.. e

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-02-28 16:48 from ANme - click to readyou shoud be grateful that at&t HOX didn't get JB. For me, (I have a international HOX )it ruined the phone. No visible difference in smothness, instead crappy, crappy battery life and much worse standby consumtion. For instance, with ICS i had around 1-3% overnight consumption..now, with JB it's like 7-10%. Actually, the phone is constantly awaked from deep sleep. This was also observed at HOX+ when GSM Arena did the battery test (basically, both phones have the same software now). Also Sense + has almost no animation ad all, the background is the same for all tabs, it's not anymore one picture and you see different parts of it, as in ICS. Google now it's prety useless for me. If I can..I would come back to ICS anytime!!!
So..be grateful that you don't have JB :))))

I love to have it in my phone. HTC you are mindblowing - in designing hardware and Software. Hell to Sammy with just chunks of hardware and no beauty in phone and software.

Let's hope the update for the HTC One S didn't take as long to release as the JB 4.1 update did... Also, the JB 4.1 update actually makes the perform worse IMO... HTC need to sort their things out!

I hope the HTC EVO 4G LTE gets sense 5. It got android 4.1 and sense 4+ way before the at&t HTC one x and the T-Mobile HTC one s. I do believe they still don't have them.

Wow, great news!
"few" usually means 2-3
so I'm guessing we'd be getting it around December. Just in time for Apple's iPhone 6s and Google's Android 7.3 Nutella-mallow-cookie-milkshake :)
