Haha. It's funny how crapple keeps trying to sue everyone, but are loosing case after case yet people are gang banging them from every corner. They stole the name ipad, ifone, had to post on their site that samsung did not copy on their site twice and even tried to do it in a non compliance way the second time and claimed two weeks is not enough to to make the simple couplse sentence statement on their own site???? Lol. Now this and they claim it's small? Not to mention the clock thing...if anyone remembers the company chime in

> In reply to the goat farther @ 2013-02-28 23:40 from 39x{ - click to readIf Samsung had a problem with the location and thought they couldn't get a fair trial they could have requested a change of venue, but they didn't. Obviously they didn't have a problem with it. I trust the legal judgement of Samsung's lawyers much more than a fanboy with an electronics company fetish. You're just annoyed that Samsung couldn't buy the judge, like they did in the UK. Lol.

I am soooooo happy about this seeing as Apple sued Sammy in the first place but now it's all coming back in their face and the fact that Samsung are absolutely killing it right now and all Apple can do is breath in the dust. Enjoy Apple lol!

Lol at the comment from apple "Apple's case last November was that the patents in question relate to a very small part of the products in question (FaceTime and iMessage) and VirnetX shouldn't be entitled to any royalties."
Yet they sue ever other company over the littlest stupid things that people dont even know about! lol APPLE!

Apple should have pulled a Samsung and paid off the judge. Seems to work in the UK and S. Korea.

Goes to show that Apple was a giant not to be messed with when Jobs was alive, but now he's not there to protect the company that the truth over all that technology that was supposed Unique to apple was actually stolen from others.
