> In reply to [deleted post]Umm no. Samsung was not the first to do everything, and I don't believe that they falsely claim to have done so like Apple does... yeah, some things were first...features galore on Samsung phones. People buy Samsung because right now, they are the best out there. Apple was the best in 2007, thanks to improving (not innovating). But now there is much competition, which has improved yet again. Your "sheep" buy Apple products; inferior, over-priced phones.

> In reply to A Nony Mouse @ 2013-03-01 07:22 from NHTh - click to readHuh? How is that example even remotely the same? That laborer had no power or control over anything. This would be more like if the contractor promised to hire the clerk at city hall if he would grant him the permits he needed to go ahead on a project. You really don't see a conflict of interest here?

Its a common problem with the Americans.
Whenever someone or something going to get bigger than them. They start panicking.

Lol
You guys are pretending that you would do differently?
I hired a builder and one of his labourers was very hard working and an overall nice guy. So after the job was done, I hired the labourer to help out around the house with small stuff.
The principal is somewhat the same.... (insert something about Windows Phone here)

Instead of focusing on this case, they should focus on the new handsets.. to prove that they have their so-called "innovation". That goes to samsung and apple.
Both of them should stop these non-sense case. While these 2 giants are fighting, the other companies are already making their way to the top.

Btw Microsoft (who owns Windows in case you didn't know) is also participant in stupid patent wars, so this can't be a rational reason for Windows phones.
