In this day of technological advancement, why can't RIM release update to all markets at the same time? This is absurd.

this problem is a stupid problem who exist all phones only in iPhone and Google Nexus phones don't exist.
I don't understand why if exist an update for 1 phone like Android, Blackberry or Windows is must to wait few days after this.
Why Apple and Google learn this and another phones provider don't want to resolve this problem.

ex. I have an Samsung Note 2 and I wait more months for update to last Android, and because exist this problem in future 100% don't buy another Samsung phone.

I live in Dubai, I still don't have that update... Still waiting for whatsapp and for Blackberry to get their apps up to speed with the Apple App store. There are some apps on the Apple store that are for free, and the same ones not on the Blackberry store! Whats up with that?!

The first smartphones combined were -PDA with Windows OS for mobile phone (also known as Windows CE/Pocket PC). Symbian platform for smartphone were also common in late 90's. Blackberry came later in 1999-2000, and mind you could hardly call them smart... Though they were and still are one of the most secure OS in the market!
