I agree with iRony and many others here.. Apple steal, cheat (through a court of law mind you) sue, and contradict. Apple is a mega charlatan in the Cell phone industry... In august last year when Apples suing really started many Techno analysts were saying they are going to self destruct with this insane gluttony… Maybe their next big thing (invented and patented by Apple naturally) will be a stylus for iPhone 6, smart stay, touch whiz and wait to see what size screen the Galaxy s4 has and go with that. Or maybe their greedy strategy will really start to bear fruit like… Just 8 hours ago.. In New York Apple’s stock traded at $420 a share, the lowest level since January last year. This represents a drop of over 40%. R-I-P Apple

Samsung needs to kick Apple's ass really hard..! now it looks like Apple is copying from Samsung.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.......no really, ha ha ha ha ha ha, the infallibility of Jobs is at stake yet again! If true, this will be the most crushing humiliation for Apple since they had to be bailed out back in the 90s. I can't wait to see how Apple try to play down the contradiction with the '4th Commandment of Jobs'.

These are advance usage a pen could have that samsung might never thought about? and could be innovative .. but i donnoe .. see how it goes.

Oh how the mighty have fallen - sounds like Apple are now playing catch-up and copying Samsung - LOL!

Why would you include a barcode scanner when there are free apps that already give this functionality?

OMG Steve Jobs would eb turning in his grave at the thought of a stylus. Apple don't copy Samsung coz you haven't got the innovation or the brains to compete.

They will probably try to apply for a patent on the stylus pen if they follow known 'Apple Style'. "Why create and invent something on their own, when everybody else can do it for them?"

I think it will be interesting to see what, if anything, Apple plans for the stylus.

However, what we must not forget however, is that Apple will be very aware that any patent they file for will become public knowledge very quickly and I would not be at all surprised if they applied for a patent with no intention of using it, just to keep us all talking about Apple.

Of course, I may be completely wrong but that's just an observation.

So, you guys are basically telling us that Apple files patents for random crap they won't EVER use just to poke at Samsung and a few others with more and more lawsuits? Apple, troll much? Maybe Apple should just abandon device production and simply become a law firm instead.

whats next iscroll, split screen multi tusking?? lol... you can try hitting the master back but u'll always follow his foot steps.
apple should have come up with somthing better than this, may be instead they should include those basic mobile phone features that iphone is lake of...peace..
