Iphone not even worth getting free.

clearly you know what it means to be a cheap "immatation" - we can tell you are a little man wanting to contribute to the big world, but I can tell you Omnia isn't a iPhone imitation, rather a player in the professional grade high-end phone, which just happens to be inspired by iPhone :)

I don't think you can mention anything about any smartphone/touchscreen without the iPhone being mentioned.
This Samsung is an OBVIOUS yet lame copy of the iPhone 3G white.
"I know, lets be really original, make a 16 gig version and make it white!"

I will be really surprised if Samsung make this phone useable. Yes, its got a load of features, but can you use them? The Tocco has more features than the iPhone, but the phone is useless. I mean simple things like deactivating the touchscreen when the phone is on your ear. The Omnia is running Windows so im not exepting anything more than a sluggish hard to use PDA with an ugly UI. The astounding thing is that Apple released their product almost 2 years ago, and its still unbeaten, yet people comment that it cant mms, cant bluetooth and that the camera is only 2mp. Firstly, why do i want to pay to send an mms or bother with bluetooth when i can email one? free, and dont have to be in 10m distance, so best of both

After iPhone/Prada/F700/Viewty/Amrani/F480/F490/Omnia why suddenly Nokia decided to release a touchscreen phone with vibrating feedback? Apple/LG/Samsung are way ahead on this than Nokia.

If this phone is far better than the iPhone, then why are you guys even comparing it w/ the iPhone? The iPhone still outperforms this phone on features that really matters. Like the touch interface, mp3 player, organizer, display quality, phone built & web browsing. As for the camera, the iPhone takes decent pictures even with its modest 2mp. As for the omnia's camera, it only has higher pixels, but quality is pretty similar in taking spur of the moment pictures. Let's face it, none of the 5mp camera phones can replace the standalone cameras, so I don't understand the megapixel hype with phones when the results are nothing more than alright. Unless they can really produce excellent photos, but they don't.
