This phone is for asia and africa or south americas, for the emerging markets, where nokia has 70% of all sales, via their cheap models.

Okay.... so this is "compact" and "sleek"?
not "overused", or "3 years old", or "ugly and boring design"?
or even "lack of autofocus and flash"
or "came into the market a year late"
I dont understand....

LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE :)) Well even Crocker is much more interesting than this piece of [i can`t say] . Meanwhile Samsung & SE are releasing their 8 MP modules and what does Nokia do ?
2 tinny unit handling up to 262K offers 1.3 crappixel imaging & will also feature few-MB of memory all of these wonderful features (NOT) for only 125 E - 190 $ price tag !!! I wouldn`t pick up one of these if it lay on a sidewalk for free !!!
Dangerous game u`re playing there NOKIA .Keep it up .U might end up like MOTO [...] Time will tell

This phone reminds me of the samsung E730, which has a choice of analogue time pieces for the external screen along with a digital clock that is AlWAYS displayed.

Nokia will still hold no.1 position remembering they still rule all the mobile phone segment - low, mid, high end product-, and the most important, they keep innovating their product every month, even here in my country, Nokia E90 lead the high end market, beating SE, Samsung, Motorola market..I predict that Samsung will still hold 2nd position for the next 5 years...^_^

Honestly... I dont pay any attention to these low end phones at all. Im a complete Nokia fan, number 1 in my book; but if it does NOT have Symbian, it isn't worth a flip!! Symbian is just awesome. The plain nokia setup s just slow and annoying.

> In reply to jj @ 2008-08-13 13:18 from PV$3No they will not. those are high end phones, and will most definately not suck the market dry! as 2/3 of the market do not have that kind of money... This phones is a low end phone, how could you possibly compare it to the likes of the Omnia or Iphone?
And by the way, low end phones such as this are the reason Nokia has such large Market share... perhaps for Nokia user friendly affordable phones for the masses are more important than flashy status symbols...
