Haha after we been yelled at and bashed by the Nokia boys because we didn't understand that polycarbonate was the superior material for cellphones, now suddenly they are exited about aluminium? Soda can material is the best all of a sudden.

For the record, plastic and aluminium are both cheap materials. No regular smartphone is made out of premium materials. If you want premium materials, then buy those expensive Vertu and Gresso phones which are made from rare African blackwood, diamonds and sapphire glass.

I've just read the news. Why will the Verizon variant have Xenon flash while the international version doesn't? The Lumia 920 should've come with Xenon flash as well. Well I guess they're saving the best for the Lumia 1000.

I don't want to be seen with it, as in my opninion it's way to ugly, besides of that I would not even think about spending my money on a phone made of these questionable materials, for such a high price and almost a year old. And yes, I've had a S3 in my hands. The N8 was made of aluminium, people loved it. Rumors say the 928 will be made of aluminiumtoo, so it's good and durable. And even if it's made of cans, it's still a million times better than the samsung plastic.

> In reply to TheMan @ 2013-03-12 18:31 from N7TU - click to readHow do you define cheap? You keep saying the Lumia 920 is cheap over and over again. I bet you haven't even seen the phone in person. Saying the Lumia 920 is cheap is like saying the Nokia 808 Pureview has the worst camera of all smartphones.

Lumia is so cheap only 300$ out of box with no contract, and now they want to introduce it as a cheap soda cans, i estimate the cost 150$ for sure because soda cans is much cheaper since its build from recycling soda cans.
