I called couple of authorized service centres yesterday in Mumbai but they are saying that Micromax have not given any update to them hence they cannot do the upgrade. This is where Micromax sucks and customers have to suffer. Micromax might be in good books for the handset pricing but when it comes to customer service, updates and professional services, Micromax has a long long way to go.
