xiaomi rolled out the mi-one last year which ran the latest version of android at the time with the MiUi overlay on top, which originated in china. i can pretty much safely say that this is a fair rumour that could very well be true

This ph is even better than S4 in both design and processing power. What a shame they don't release globally.

Great specs but I am wondering how even the 3000 mAh will survive with Snapdragon 800 and 2.3 GHz quad core. I am still waiting for gsmarena to post S4 battery test.

Any idea what would be the launch date globally and if it will ever be available in India?

Yet another shovel...
Nearly ideal size was one of main features of MI-2... They just kill whole idea about their phone...

implausible?
impossible?
for some people it was impossible to have a 10 inch 1080p screen... now we have 5 inch screens with that resolution
for some people it was impossible to have phones with quad-core chip-sets, now we have a phone with "octa-core" chipset; yes this sounds quite absurd and like a trolling campaign, but i rather say "mmm this looks interesting" and look smart than say "this is impossible" and look like "640K ought to be enough for anyone", so lets wait, Chinese or not, good quality or not, i find this particularly interesting and a very good news for us all, this should push other companies to develop phones with more potential of development, having phones with such processing power is a nice sight for our future, even better when said future is set within less than a year.

The information about Xiaomi is useless becoz the phone is not available globally. So even if the phone is released all the other phones will sell more than this phone..Such as shame that such good devices get flushed in the drain...
