I bought Z2 10 days back and it is dead while it was charged more than 80pc. I played a normal game for 10-15 minutes and watched a video before locking the screen. After some time when I wanted to use the phone , the screen just wont turn on. I tried everything and now I need to get this exchanged. I am so much frustrated.

68% battery then just died in my hands. will not turn on at all, even plugged into the computer. 3 weeks ago the same thing happened, I took it into the store only to be told they'll send it away but wont give me a loan phone. After waiting 30 mins in the store the phone started working again so I walked out. Absolutely nothing is coming back this time - very disappointed I was not made aware of this very common issue!

Same story... disapointing for such high price phone...
battery full, software upgraded 3 weeks ago, and now switching down before the end of the opening session, just at the introduction of the pin code. And NOTHING works if not connected although the battery is full... what a shame...

I had the same thing, I have been dealing with this for a couple of weeks now and I'm getting used this but the issue why this is happening is the overheating what I recommend to do is before u go to sleep turn your phone off and charge it and during the day if your not using your phone have it off or don't have apps running in the background turn on the power save. Your phone overheat and kill your battery and also one last thing, if you charge your phone and you didn't turn it off DON'T USE YOUR PHONE WHILE ITS CHARGING it will kill your battery and overheat 2x as fast so I hope this helps because its helping me out

I am on my 3rd new replacement experia Z now and don't think this one will be any better. Its seems to all begin when it done the latest system update. Now am having to rebot hard restart and full factory reset every couple of days. Somebody needs to admit that there is some serious issues with the software and do something about it

This all happened when I tried to charge my Xperia Z when it is 40% and suddenly it went blank.
My Xperia Z is not turning on, led flash is blank as well when I put it in the charge though I tried hard reset, charged the phone for 3-4 hours and tried everything that I know.
Is there anything I can do to make my phone work normal like before?
