if this handset is like my viewty then it should be a great phone. it seems to be pot luck with lg the handsets before i.e choclate and prada werent that fantastic prada had quite a few software issues chocolate had no battery life viewty blew those out of the water.there was no other touch screen phone that rivaled it until the tocco came out. hope the this one is just as good.

i am not against any mobile but atleast for Nokia design is too old now...and nokia hangs a lot...SE and motorola UI / menu is too complicated.....LG has relaly got friendly user menu....LG is really easy to use and very innovative...before LG who thought of Touch pad and Touch screen....see chocolate and Prada...is NOkia, SE / SS any way near by...Samsung copied all technologies and design from LG......so ultimately who is the winner...I am sure its LG...so cheer up guys and come out of Nokia / SE / Samsung and Motorola....good luck

Is this a smart phone or not? what is its OS?
The Sony Ericsson C905 was NOT a smart phone even that it packed the exact same features...

I hope this one (even if not Symbian) will be at least a smart phone...

Its a Gamble releasing a touch screen 8 mega-pixel camera bile,because you get feed up wiping the screen all the time an if its not reliable like other LG mobiles people will be worried about the price of this mobile,one thing i am really amazed about is no Nokia phone out to compete with any 8 mega-pixel camera mobile being released an the N96 will end up being a lot of money an time wasted by Nokia as its not going to compete or challenge any 8 mega-pixel camera mobile being released an Nokias got to start releasing mobiles they announce alot quicker as the N96 was announce in Febuary but still no sign of it being made available yet

Its packed with features but i doubt i'll be making a purchase of ANY LG phone in the future or present....

LG should just stick to making fridges and TVs.....

i have tht lg kf750 it's not a smart phone and have a big problem with light
you can not see it's screen in day light

The thing that I don't like about Lg is the lack of customization in their phones. Other major phone companies have had customizable themes a long time ago especially Sony Ericsson. I don't know why they haven't added theme support to their phones yet, I thought Samsung was late to the game but I was wrong Lg is.

Getting an LG feels like you're in "unchartered territory"....
There would be concerns such as Costumer Support or Service Centers because with SE or Nokia, these has never been a problem

Just remembered .All Nokia phones are poorly build .After a while you would end up being afraid to pick up your phone.It makes all sorts of cracks and noises it makes you feel like you`re in the Exorcist or something :)

No my friend we need.Smaller cams are just fine by my standars .Or maybe you like to carry a digital single-lens reflex camera for occasional pictures ,but i would never !

I'm not going to be sucked into getting another phone made by LG because of it's features like how I was with the KU990 Viewty.

Main reason for this is that LG haven't made any firmware upgrades since the viewty's release. They only care about your money. Once you give them your money, they could careless about any supports.

Anyone who knows anything about digital photography knows that higher megapixels are only higher resolution but not better quality. I commend Nokia and Samsung for the 3x optical zoom in their phones. Optical zoom should become the standard not higher megapixels on tiny CCD's with more noise in pics.

some of you people really suck ass. I love any phone from any brand that is great. Those of you who bash nokia really have no lives. You dont bash other phones from other brands that are sucky and there are a lot of them, especially from LG. Nokia needs to listen to what consumers want more. But when I listen to you people you bash nokia not for their faults but for when another manufacturer does something great. Makes no sense; bash nokia for what they do, not what other manufacturers do. If you found your style in another brand then great. I for one will never like SE style but I support Nokia durability and user friendliness and Samsung giving consumers what they really want. Grow up SE fans!
