It's a Dual-"Quad-Core"
And I think Snapdragon 600 performance would be better than that "Exynos Octa Core"
islam124, 25 Mar 2013well red well the A15 is 1.6 GHz while the A7 is 1.2 shut up cod3rorr
Yea, after doing some searching, turns out I'm wrong. I thought A15 was 1.6GHz in the beginning but then some news started circulating about A15 being 1.2GHz and A7 1.6GHz.
That chip must be fast!
Ruben, 25 Mar 2013It amazes me that people would want to buy an LTE-less phone in 2013.Why does it bother you? so that you can watch porn o faster? Many people have WIFI access and data is normally used for email web browsing etc.
Cod3rror, 25 Mar 2013The A15 inside the Exynos SoC isn't 1.6GHz, it's 1.2. The A7 is clocked at 1.6. well red well the A15 is 1.6 GHz while the A7 is 1.2 shut up cod3rorr
shortage od resources?! HAHA..... now i have heard it all ! Sammy do you not understand, people will NOT accept this totally unaccceptable excuse for NOT getting octa core? NO OCTA, NO MONEY ! NO EXCUSES !
uk is low LTE availibilty. so why is not getting the Octocore version.
The A15 inside the Exynos SoC isn't 1.6GHz, it's 1.2. The A7 is clocked at 1.6.
why not use new qualcomm snapdragon 800 chips?? they are working at 2.3 mhz, thats good speed for android. Samsung update s4 with this new chip! urgent
if they won't release the ex5 in its 1st batch here in the phil then i'll just stik to my s3 then and w8 4 what s5 would offer.
Sammy won't be talking about the shortage if ocatacore performed better than s600. Ex5 is a flop, sammy has wasted its resource for nothing. Excuses excuses. The hype is over.
i guess research on exynos 5 octa is still not yet completed n may be it is facing some issues so it is taking them some more time... even there was not a single i9500 model on galaxy s4 launch event, all were i9505 one otherwise we would have got benchmarks for it... so still the real galaxy S4(i9500) is not announced yet... hope we get it soon... i can wait but will buy S4(i9500) only...
TheMan, 25 Mar 2013I think your memory is laggish. We are in 2013 its not 2009 when Android had problem, Alpha A... moreTalking of 2013 are we not going backwards I knew they were not producing enough octacores and said a month ago.In 2004 we could just go in and buy a phone yet its 2013 and we are more advanced yet phone manufacturers cant get the parts,,Shortages of this shortages of that..They announce these phones then make you wait for its release, then they are only few available, then they have supply shortages..Flipping rubbish.

We are in 2013 its not 2009 when Android had problem, Alpha Android version is much better than WM6.5
Here in the Philipppines, we got both the i9300 and the i9305. Now, we're getting both the i9500 and the i9505. Furthermore, they're quite cheap. Maybe its because there are a lot of Koreans here and this is a 3rd world country.
