HTC One software update improves camera performance - read the full textBack when we reviewed the HTC One, we were quite pleased with the low-light performance of the camera. Wait, even sharper? The original pics were oversharpened to the extremes.

Now honestly, while I think the HTC One isn't bad overall, they'd have to change everything about the camera to make it good.

Htc Camera is always bettet than any brand.. Samsung also. We can compare with One X & Samsung S3.

Xperia Z has 13Mp Camera but doesnt have any clarity in comparsion with the 8MP camera of Butterfly.

Almost perfect phone , but size is matter to me, taller than sgs3 for their 4.7"screen. Look the xperia zl, it is shorter than sgs3 with a 5" screen. But Sony phone (product) are pricey. When I bought my gnote 2, I thought this is the phone for me 'coz it super functional but, something's missing! !! Then I've use my wife's phone htc my touch, and compared it to my note 2 physically and I found the answer. .. the size! !! I think, normal people are using normal size smart phones.

HTC One doesn't have a bigger sensor size.

HTC One: 1/3" diagonal
Nokia 920: 1/3"
iPhone 5: 1/3.2"
S3: 1/3.2"

Hence the huge drop in pixel count as the pixel gets larger.

> In reply to Paul @ 2013-03-26 13:35 from mqr0 - click to readAgreed that would be a better size but the Sensor would need to be 50% larger which would make for a tighter squeeze, a thicker Phone and an even higher price (along with any delays to develop it).
