HTC One software update improves camera performance - read the full textBack when we reviewed the HTC One, we were quite pleased with the low-light performance of the camera. However, the daylight performance wasn't quite as good, thanks to the excessive noise in the images. The issue, of course, was not with the hardware but with the software on the phone....

Poor sound quality? Are you kidding me? I guess your knowledge is at least 3 years old or something, because the latest htc flagships have the best audio performance in the reviews compared to any other brands.. Go troll somewhere else lol

Unfortunately no update will solve the lack of pixels problem.

> In reply to Mes_couilles @ 2013-03-26 09:22 from nrGf - click to readI agree, it's not even the phone anymore but the reputation of the company itself. No matter how great the phone is if the company has a bad reputation to the customer, they will easily go dive right in to try another phone. It's also about customer services also and HTC has done poorly on this area.

Same here. Bought htc sensation XE. Battery performance was the worst culprit and that sense ui was heavy (though looked nice). Upgraded to ICS firmware and then the signal reception became poor. Thought I had enough. Sold it and bought S II. Since then, I am happy :)

> In reply to spec @ 2013-03-26 09:56 from xv4G - click to readThis was HTC press release 22/mar/2013.

"The new HTC One will roll out in the U.K., Germany and Taiwan next week and across Europe, North America and most of Asia-Pacific before the end of April. We appreciate our customers' patience, and believe that once they have the phone in their hands they will agree that it has been worth the wait."

So we should expect the HTC One to be released this week in a limited number of countries. Unknown if it will have the updated firmware.

Good job HTC, I see it as the most innovative company of 2013.

Very good, but I would like a 8 MP camera with those bigger pixels, "ultra pixels", and that optical image stabilization! And if there is no sd-card then the 64 Gb model should be the standard and if the battery is not removeable then it should be bigger!

I agree , htc didn't release any updates for the sensation line , and it is very dissapointing for a smartphone that was an high end device in 2011 , and it was released in september. And for samsung galaxy s2 that was released in february even today you can find updates like the jelly bean.
Poor customer service from htc , shame on you. That's the reaseon you loose customers and have low profits , wake up htc !!! or you will be gone in a few years from the market
