HTC One software update improves camera performance - read the full textBack when we reviewed the HTC One, we were quite pleased with the low-light performance of the camera. However, the daylight performance wasn't quite as good, thanks to the excessive noise in the images. The issue, of course, was not with the hardware but with the software on the phone....

No Thanks..

I love HTC phones, but will never buy one again ever for 1 good reason.

HTC abandon their phones after 8-12 months of release, then no more software updates, like they did with their Sensation line, none is getting jellybeans.

My SGS2 is gonna get 4.2.2 and even though i hate the polycarbonate plastic, i will support samsung just for remembering my their customer after two years and still giving updates...

my next phone will either be SGS4 or Xphone if it was better.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-03-26 09:05 from PxK2 - click to readBecause it's an HTC phone. Nice design and that's it.
-Poor customer service
-Bad battery
-Bad camera quality compared to the competition.
-Bad sound quality...yes i know that they have beats audio but it's still bad compared to others.
-Locked bootloaders( unlockable but you loose warranty
-No removable battery
-No micro-sd card
And the best if all...sense Ui heavy, laggy, ram
hungry...
Not enough?

That's why people don't like Htc phones and that's
why they are loosing money quarter after quarter.
If you buy a phone because it has a nice looking aluminium body that needs a plastic case to protect it...it's up yo you ;)

I think this should convince many out there who feel the camera was not upto the mark.

But I will still wait for the sample pics from after the new update.

but no memory card...And apart from the disadvantage of a non expandable capacity, it is much slower to use the phone USB rather than a card reader.
