> In reply to Carol @ 2013-04-04 09:35 from L7gw - click to readI see, so if I splash out on a phone with a stupidly large screen a ludicrously fast processor, I will find that Samsung's support does not suck? Will I also be able to delete all the crapware without invalidating my phones warranty? Will Kies not be resemble a piece of shareware crap that does't even work? Will apps like Spotify actually use my SD card for storage without me having to hack them into doing so? This is not good enough from Samsung. Why defend them?

Just spent the last two hours installing Kies in the hope that this upgrade might be available? Why can't Samsung announce the dates? Why after downloading and installing Kies does it immediately tell me it is out of date and spend another 30 minutes updating itself. Why does Kies not always recognise my phone? Why the hell didn't I buy an iPhone?

What's the use of releasing only in a few regions, they got to be releasing for all regions if they are serious. Otherwise, it looks silly, claiming to have release latest version of OS on most number of devices and in turn claiming to have one of the best after sales support. Still waiting for JB 4.1.2 update on my S2 here in India. Although, I hate Apple, this is one area where I appriciate it than the rest of the OEMs.
