either this or Omnia would be my next phone at the end of this year :-)
2 main and MAJOR concerns over LG KC910:
1. this set has a totally new GUI, hence BUGS will be there. so, don't rush out there to get one until the rich kids get em and give feedback to LG (Lucky Goldstar). hehehe
2. battery life span. hope it can have talktime at least 5-6 hrs.

Wow, Dani is quite ignorant. He must be the only person I've ever heard who says he prefers a phone cuz its Java and NOT Symbian! Who prefers Java over Symbian? Or Java over any serious Operating System? Be it PalmOS or Windows PocketPC or anything! This phone would be a nice waste of money. The Samsung INNOV8 kicks all asses easily. I love the fact that its a Symbian Smartphone. Cant wait to get my hands on that baby. Anyway, so yes, the 3 inch screen with, Oh My God, 2hundered and 6ty 2 thousand whole colours! Wow, these guys are smart. Other fools put in 16 million colours in 2.2 inch screens and are total fools. Plus, i hate having a wierd aspect ratio screen. 4:3 is fine on a phone for me.

LG KC910 is truely complete high end multimedia phone. Also truely rival for Samsung GT-i8510 INNOV8.
Let see the battle of 8 megapixel camera with 120fps video recording. Also Dolby Mobile vs Samsung DNSe 2.0.

My Viewty for sure does not have the issues which you are talking about. It is still very effecient while using more thatn 1 gig of my memory card. Still it does not shut down while quoting a large amount of text. Finally, yes it has an firmware or software upgrades at UK sites on LG VIEWTY forums. There is a tutorial on how to upgrade right there and then in front of your computer and u can do that using your usb cable. So chill out!

i would take this KC910 over N96 aswell for 1 reason i dont Symbian

I Honestly think this is the BEST Phone coming!
i would take it over C905, INNOV8(debatable), Omnia, iPhone 3G(kids phone so no)
8MP + Wi-Fi + Dolby Sound for Music!!!(yeah!!!!!) + Touchscreen + 240 + 400 display ...the list goes on
this LG could be my next phone!!

What's the hype?? Sony Ericsson C905 too has 8MP with Xenon Flash.. and it was the first one in market! Others just follow them.. and few (read Nokia) are even unable to copy!

Does it run on windows? (pro 6.1) or is it the same software as seen in Prada etc. and are those widgets on the home screen?, oh yeah does it have auto screen rotation?

lg has finally stepped up, including wifi and gps and w/o using windows mobile os (certain lagging issues) and on top of that 8 mp camera. If theres one thing that this phone stands out from the innov8 and other 8 mp high powered phones is real xenon flash. Who uses led lights nowadays?
