In a phone like this, camera is not the main feature, like some of Sony Ericsson phones or Samsung. It's the funcionality and the clocking speed of the device. That's why HTC beats Nokia in smartphones. HTC is no longer making them, is producing pocket PC's.

But, if it's a proper xenon flash, like on the N82 or the N96, then it does matter, and you'll use it a lot!

According to the specs it would be more useful as a paper weight in the US. No bandwidth support.

Big screen, great resolution, good colour with all other bells and whistle, look like a winner :)

The only things I wish for now is for better software support for variable screen resolution. I just purchased Samsung Omnia and its stupid opening some of my favorite application and it only use part of the screen instead of the whole screen. :(

Agreed, the 65K color draws me back everytime I look at the HTC products. I can't wait to see WM7 with a better spec, forget about 16M color... at least give us 262K. It's not a serious issue but with the money we are paying for these high-end devices...

The classic flame war of the 80s and 90s regarding PC vs. Mac now seems to have moved to the mobile phone. When will people ever learn. Different people want different stuff.

Buying an iPhone is like having Paris Hilton as a girlfriend. Something pretty and flashy to show your friends at a party but when you get home and try to use it you notice a big lack of intelligence and content under the surface.

Well some people would still prefer Paris Hilton as a girlfriend but most would not. Comparing WM with iPhone is like comparing apples (no phun intended) with oranges. They are to different to even compare.

By the way this phone rocks and I will surely get one as soon as it is available in stores.

It will need more battery capacity. How much will it cost and which carrier is going to have it?

I don't care about it not having flash, I have never used it on my N95, and I've had it for well over a year.

I want a 16m color screen. Battery life won't suffer that much. Not enough for me to care.

Other than the screen, it's great.

The screen resolution is very impressive for a mobile phone. It's makes me with the iPhone had this resolution. I just don't think that windows mobile is a very practical OS unless your an experienced user. If not then it'll just frustrate you. I'm also expecting more out of Apple on their next device, especially considering it's around the same size.
