Help us make a change, sign our smartphone petition now - read the full textThis week we took on a somewhat unusual endeavor. We asked for your help to make a difference in the high-end smartphone market. The currents trends mean you cannot get a top-of-the-line smartphone with a pocketable size. The trend suits OEMs just fine as the more surface area, the less challenging...

Tge problem with this is that even if they create a smaller smartphone it will have a bad battery just like previous small phones

well the specs you wrote just not encourging GSMArena, i guess 4.5" screen in compact body and ample battery say 3500 mah. i dont mind 10 mm thikness. if we gonna ask OEMs a phone why not make better in all aspects we want?!

Maybe you should ask for help with another Hi-Tech blogs and websites like yours. They could help creating a post about this initiative. I already voted and I agree with the petition. I hope this works.

Thank you gsmarena for not suggesting to ban Galaxy Note II sized phones, as I don't want to use smaller than that anymore.

Larger screen phones are much better for gaming, internet etc.. the list goes on...

larger screen phones like S3, S4 fits in people's pockets fine. Im even gonna go for the Note 3 :)

include in your petition a physical numeric keypad, not qwerty on an android phone, and i will sign. full touch screen may be what the manufacturers want us to buy and they put to our minds that today's phones don't need keypads. but most people can hardly type accurately on a screen keyboard.

Flagship devices are so called because they are the most powerful/ advanced of a company's products. No sense asking for a less powerful device to have the same specs. Besides, all major OEM's do have 1ghz> phones with 4" and even smaller screens. What the petition should be asking is for carriers to offer these devices.

Sony Xperia ZL would be perfect if it had a better display.
