> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-04-26 15:04 from xZs} - click to readComponents are one thing, but the fact is those screens are on iPhones. Where are the LG phone screens then, why aren't they on the top of Displaymate's tests? Same with camera for example, Sony supplies the technology to Apple, but it is Apple design with optics that makes the iPhone camera. The iPhone is an Apple designed phone, with components from other manufacturers.

In conclusion, the iPhone screen is at the top of Displaymate's tests, so haters can just continue to hate. Lol

Congratulations to Apple for a brilliant screen which managed to beat BOTH SGS3 and SGS4, even before iPhone 5S/6 comes out. Amazing quality.

You would think that Samsucks display would be far superior than a phone that was released over 6 months ago, but it only matches it.
So much for the iPhones 'tiny' screen ( that i can use with one hand )

> In reply to Jbird . @ 2013-04-26 11:45 from vLyx - click to readSunlight legibility is combination of contrast and reflective. And s4 beat iphone on both. Beside, s4 is only less power efficient with white color, but extremely efficient with black and red-green spectrum. It can display a clock on black screen at no cost of power(nearly). That is why there is a coverwith window to display info. No other phone can do that. Overall, s4 is now the most endurant phone, beside motorola raxx

This could be my next phone. I guess 4.7 to 5.0 inches screen is the norm nowadays. Better go with the flow. :)
