SE bought their windows mobile unit (X1) from HTC.
and HTC uses none of SE technology.

Any new as to when HTC Touch HD will be available?

I mean if it 1, 2 or 3 months I can wait. But if it released say NEXT year then I am going for Touch PRO.

Nice. But if the responsiveness is the same as the Diamond, forget it. Also, if the screen is the same as the Diamond that easily scratches, forget it. A lot of smartphones today look desperately good on paper, but poor performers. The iphone still has the smoothest, responsive, and most intuitive UI. Even with the missing features like SMS forwarding and copy/paste, I find myself realizing that I really don't need those features much.

I love SE & HTC. But I don’t know the relation between SE & HTC. I believe SE supporting to HTC for sounds and picture quality. HTC supporting SE for the windows mobile application environment. That means HTC & SE phones are really well.

I don't think that there will be such a thing as a "perfect phone"... It all comes down to your personal tastes. But surely, HTC is making good attempts here

HTC Touch HD is not complete phone still missing xanon or flash light and VGA 30fps video recording!

I think that HTC touch 3D and Viva has the user interface HTC-Touch-2D for poorer graphic handsets...

HTC just screwed me. What was the point of getting a touch cruise when touch 3g is on the way?

And it looks so much better too...
