One more thing which comes in my mind while reading the other comments it that, remember ppl E62 which actually didnt had WiFi and i think price was a bit low then E61. And then after some time Nokia launched E61i. Similarly launching of E51 took more than a year when they launched E50 with and without camera. I think Nokia will get a less featured E72 which wont have the same features like E71. Afterall they have to sell their products a new E72 upon E71..... doesnt make sense. Or it could b opposite. What do guys say?

U might wanna wait on getting any mobile till beginning of next year, Nokia has through a developer in Finland called Imbera, successfully been able to do the elektrowiring straight FLAT on to the main process card instead of having a thick one above it like in present phones. Now Nokia can make phones as thin as just 1 mm, yes u heard right, 1 mm, adding the same technology to onboard mobile camera lenses can make ordinary mobile with 5-8 mp camera as thins as 2-3 mm. So i'm looking forward to the Nokia release announcement in first qtr of 2009 with this breakthrough. Now Nokia has a whole new world of mobile tehnology to play with, interesting too say the least.

Guys the E72 (as named here) it is actually the E63 and it is not meant to take over the E71. E72 (as mentioned again here) has a lower resolution camera / no GPS / cheaper material / and cheaper in price, and meant for teenagers who love text messaging alot and not for business man like the E71. E71 users dont get disappointed by this phone your not gonna downgrade dont worry about that. E71 users if u want to change you should go to the E75 if u like this kind of form factor.

I think there is a very good reason why nokia decided not to go the touch-screen route. One we might not understand now, but when it comes to predicting market trends, nokia has hit it spot on everytime.
