hmm, Symbian S60 Taco 5.0, is that mean this phone not compatible with current symbian? and why 640 x 360 pixels? why not 640 x 480 instead?

I think this phone will kick ass. Iphone is a pretty good phone, but I really detest Apple for its 1984ish oversight, and honestly, with only with a 2mp camera, no MMS, no Flash support, no card slot expansion and super high services fees – which eventually add up to Iphone’s price – Iphone’s no flagship for the cell phone industry anymore. Also – and this is kind of lame – every third person owns a freaking iphone now – good luck with standing outta crowd. I do agree, though, that Apple was ingenious enough to start that whole touch-screen frenzy. I don’t agree with gsmarena that Nokia should’ve gone for a high-end market with 5800. With $199 Iphone, you don’t want to scare people away with your $800 device. All in all, Symbian, 3.2 mp camera (WITH videocapturing), 3G, wi-fi, 3.2 inch display, memory expansion slot (!) and above all – not having to stick with a specific carrier, with anexpensive data and voice plan, that’s the beauty of it. The only thing Nokia should do right is to get the phone out on the market while hype’s still on – announce October 2nd, make it available before the Black Friday and very good sales are guaranteed.

I really like this phone and would love to own one for when im sitting in work bumping my gums and doing absolutley nothin!!!!!!!

why not wvga screen?the other things that non of my symbians worked properly,always some bugs,symbian is uselees i use only windows mob since i tried a few symbi,i don't believe in symbi any more,nokia selles unfinished products like n95 and many others...

if only the new nokia E75 come with these screen. I would be droll to death ;).
Nokia really should make one of the E-series with touch screen and slide keyboard.

hm 3.2mpx autofocus camera with 30 fps VGA video, I doubt that nokia is going to promote this device as a midrange phone. Not to meanchon the 3.2 inch display, but it would be nice
