The phone is fine its never froze on me, its never crashed, the touch screen is perfect on it. It does have an on screen keyboard if you really want one. People saying this phone sucks probably say that about every single phone they've had. Some people are just never happy and need a life there's more to life then phones.

This is a bad phone. It is extremely delicate and the touch screen will stop responding if you put it in a tight pocket. Once the touch screen stops responding there is little you can do about it but pray. It may stop responding for 20 minutes to upto 2 days depending on its mood and apparently no other factor. If it falls down, it's screen will almost definitely crack. Wi fi is sorely missed. Logic behind menu functions is not tightly written leading to certain illogical menu choices. You cant change default memory of your text message inbox to your memory card which is a downer if you like to keep your text messages. I don't recommend it, unless you are a woman who carries the thing in your handbag.

The best phone in Samsung phones this is very good and if some one caught in hand n if some one looks that leaves a v good impression on a looker. but main prob is the zoom is 2 short n if u want 2 see contacts u will use the step by step but in othert phones u just dial the first number of contact phone shows but this phone is deprived from this quality sooo saddd but nice phone because of camera

> In reply to Dave @ 2009-02-15 04:22 from jLBr - click to readits to do with the software you have installed on the handset .. some networks and samsungs software wasnt compatible and loosing contact names on call and texts was the outcome.. most network provider and samsung are aware

If i update the callers number with the same number i already have there name is shown until the next call or txt & then i'm back to just numbers again. This is proving very annoying.

I got the pixon, however not too happy, as i got it in dubai and wen i came back to the states, i realized, the caller id does not show the contacts as they are saved in the phone book, but rather how they are regisdtered with the company or just unknown name. THIS SUX!
other than that its pretty cool even without wifi, beats iphone for sure!!
