Hi,i have a question and please dont consider it an argue..i cant say something about BB because i didnt use it. but why should i buy this??...what is special??
1.If i need a toy with Greatest User interface and do a good job when am show off i will buy iPhone.
2.If i need music i will buy Nokia Xpress music line phone (like the upcoming 5800 tube).
3.If i need a gaming phone then its Nokia N81.
4.If i need a business phone i will buy a HTC touch pro.
5.Camera??...Nokia N82.
6.Multimedia device role them all then N95 or N85.
7.a Brick do everything then i will buy Nokia E90 by 750$ (and this is what i own now).
8.I prefer to stuck with White and Black screen if u will mention a non-smart phone like Samsung Bexon with 8MP.
Why i buy BB?????....connectivity??...i have push email and 3 messengers and qwerty and 4' inch screen and mail for exchange and each day my E90 surprise me with another great 3rd party application...and before everything..it has the best OS...Symbian. i used Windows before on iMate jam and its a PC os force it self to be a PDA OS...and its full of bugs and instability.
I think BB is for US market where Nokia dont care about 3G...isnt it?

Blackberry uses itīs own OS based on JAVA.
this Thunder )europe or Storm )US' also holds a 3.2 mpix camera, just like the Javalin will have.

It looks a little bulky and the interface seem very bland and boring to me (I hope it's just the theme). Other than that it's not too bad. The touchscreen isn't in my liking so I doubt I'll be getting myself one of these - I think I'll upgrade my 8800 to the 9000 instead, but even then, not anytime soon.

Oh, I forgot to mention.. HTC were doing TouchScreen handsets LONG before Apple, I guess with this logic Apple (MAC) copied HTC (Windows Operating System) ?
OMG MAC COPIED WINDOWS IN THE MOBILE PHONE INDUSTRY?
I hope that hurt iFan.

> In reply to scoopyscoopy @ 2008-09-27 06:34 from 25PASo, because a phone has touchscreen capability it's an iPhone copy? I don't think so.
The iPhone is a good phone to random sheepish consumers.
The BlackBerry Storm is a good phone towards business users.
You go ask someone who runs a cooperation which phone they would prefer.
Which brings more money, consumer or business users?
Heh.

> In reply to f4te @ 2008-09-27 01:25 from Yccdyou know you're right. it's a phone. it doesn't need a camera. and since it's a phone you don't really need to see anything so a 12 digit display and number pad should do nicely. and while we're in the chopping department we may as well cut:
- microSD slot
- bluetooth
- usb connection
- email
- instant messaging
- a web-browser
- gps
- document viewer
- java support
- media player
- video player
- calculator
- phone book
- call register
- games
- 3g/edge support
- customisable ring tones
- vibration alert
- 3.5mm headphone jack
i mean who cares what else they can easily pack into the device in the same form factor. it's a phone. it should only make and receive calls, right?

The Real iPhone killer from the same country and same market. In fact the Blackberry market are more bigger than Apple. In smartphone market Blackberry only one step behind Nokia. It's mean also symbian are number one and RIM in second.

The Blackberry Bold????? should also have Wi-Fi connectivity, but as of no it's not 100%.
Looks like GSMArena is getting sloppy with their work.
They need to check and make sure there aren't any misleading typos, which i've been noticing more and more of lately.
:-P
