And all phones will always have some laggy moment just as all computers have hiccups, and all technology in general. There is no such thing as perfection. Android however does not lag that bad nor has it ever really. And Iphone has been about the same level of lag back through it's progression. People just pretend it never happens.

Each new generation brings new things and Moto X phone is rumored to have Tegra and has been said will come with a processor to handle all sensors on at all times (fift - or similar - core on tegra 4 or something would be my guess, unlesss they've made their own solution), without draining the battery + a pretty big battery. Maybe even bigger than their 3300 mAh MAXX battery.

Someone better be working on Nexus 5. Be it LG or Motorola. Else I will be going for one of THOSE Google's experience phones (HTC ONE / Sam S4).

Lets hope Android 5.0 And a true professional processor from NVidia for the X-Phone can prove it's lag free this generation.
And teach Samsung a Lesson in UI and the benefits of using real a CPU

Eventually in the smartphone world, there will be only Google(Android OS) VS Apple(iOS)!

Microsoft's Windows8 and Blackberry BB10 will be in R.I.P Depart.
