No phone of htc last long in the market. Soon there are so many complaints that they withdraw the phone from the market and bring out a new name phone. Phones are overpriced that there is not market left for them soon. Where are the One series which were launched with so much fanfare. One X, One S, One V, Even after being so long in the market Htc has not improved. Nor they have good service. It is costly and getting service is as good as buying the lousy phone again !

umm congrats I guess. there is not a major difference between Jelly Bean OS 4.1.2 and 4.2.2. But whatever now people can say "I have the latest version of Android" for now until Google kicks out the next version in a few months like they always do. (-_-)

Htc is always quick on the updates. Everyone owning their flagships or their high end devices need not worry. Im sure that this isnt the last update for the one and they would continue to release good updates for it. I wish the hutterfly would get the same update as the one so we could also get the same features.

It would be a shame on htc if samsung released 4.2.2 for the GS3 -their former flagship- before they release it for the one.I'm already running the leaked 4.2.2 firmware and it's pretty stable but it's not official yet.

Loving my HTC One Developer Edition, and this is great news.. I'll be able to uninstall the Battery App to know the percentage, and they've heard the complaints from people regarding the Menu button and the Quick Settings.. Since I got the Developer Edition hopefully I'll get this update soon :)

A great experience coming from my 2012 Sony Xperia S, which still hasn't received it's Jelly Bean update even though Sony has been saying it's out, but checked last night and still it doesn't say there's an update for it.

Thanks HTC for listening and I'm positive this phone will bring me the joy and awesome experience Sony failed on giving me on my last year's "Flagship" smartphone purchase.

While it's nice that it gets that update... 4.2.2 has been around the block for a while already...
