looks good but its a gigantic phone.

the price will drop 4 weeks after its release to 599. around xmas you can have it for 99 euros or even less on contract.

anyway, the price is ok for this specs and the design. and keep in mind that sony was never a cheap brand.

This price is quite fair. Cause X-Reality Engine for Mobile and Triluminos display is not cheap tech.

A 3050 mAh battery is not enough for this mini-tablet with a batterydraining Snapdragon 800 and 6.4 inches screen!

The HTC One and the SGS4 were priced almost similarly with both costing 699,-.

So the Xperia ZU's 719,- is 'just' 20,- more...

"That's quite steep, but given the kind of package it gets you, probably reasonable price tag."

Simply put, reasonable price considering what you get for the money.

How much did SGS4 cost at launch? Not much less I think - at least where I live...

Sony, why take that long? By that time King Sammie would have tweeked more. Announce and release in a month, or rather leak simple information. This is why King Sammie will beat u. They are busy with Note3 and by the time u make it available, most people's minds would be preoccupied with Note3
