Thanks much Marco! I installed the app and it installs as a new app (Gallery). The camera app UI is refreshing. The video mode crashed upon pressing the record button! Haven't tried other features of camera app. Gallery app takes a bit of time for initial loading and when going into the actual folder, but once inside the folder, browsing the picture is fast!

Does it replace the existing camera and gallery app? If so, is it possible to uninstall (in case there are issues with the new camera app on my mobile) and revert back to stock camera and gallery app? I am using Atrix2 (ICS).
