Since I was born in the US, I really dont see that too much but I did get a first hand look at it when i went to Europe a few years ago.

in romania are the most exclusive mobiles and cars on head of citizen. everyone here is showing off bling-bling vertu,scirocco,arte,n95 and many more,only original stuff. even poor people spend over 300 euro on a mobile only to make waves in their ghettos,at the end of the map of bucharest. we are a little bit crazy,that's why sony ericsson is launching first in romania this mobile,even it isn,t a high end. every one here could make 300-500 euro and spend on mobiles and clothes,even if at home,in the refrigerator,the mouse is self-hanging. i saw a 8 year boy wich was talking at a n95-8gb in the middle of the sreet
