That's what Korean publication Hankyung claims anyway. So far from leaks we've seen that the Note III will pack either a Snapdragon 800 chipset or an Exynos 5 Octa (pretty much the same...

Samsung won't change their designs until they absolutely have to. Milk out every dollar you can with that same old plastic look.

The note 2 hardware being outclassed by S4 in all means except for the battery and screen size kept me waiting... This would be my next device!!!! Waiting :D

1) Dual SIM
2) Dual Memory with Knox
3) 4600 mAh battery
4) Xeon Flash
5) 4 GB Ram
6) Key Lime Pie
7) 6 Inch

Wish list

1) Better build than S4 - Carbon fiber / Kevlar
2) Stylus with ball pen integrated

Bay trail tablets and maybe also phones will have at least 4Gb DDR3(and they might have even more because just that's just entry level ones) in Q4...so what's the big deal?

Rather work on size. Samsung is oversized IMO. A phone should be easier to operate with one hand.

WOW... Snapdragon 800 with four 2.0 GHz (or higher) cores, 3GB Ram... that will be an epic beast.
In my opinion the Note line-up is the real Flagship line-up of Samsung.

facepalm, seems like NOTE 3 will have installed Eclipse for developing android apps and 3d games, so yes 3gb RAM was really required
