New Asha phones are coming with capacitive touchscreen and are much better than those cheap Chinese Android phones. Nokia= Synonym of quality.

Android freeze app when it is low in memory.
Symbian is the undisputed king in multitasking. Just open an app minimize it, open it even after 10 days. It will work as charm.
AnonD-79514, 05 Jul 2013Asha smartphones????!!!! Maybe smartphones because wp 8 has less features and is called smartphone? Can you exactly define what is smartphone?
Even new Ashas(501) support partial multitasking like WP8, iOS.
Ashas are much better than entry level droids. Asha phones do the job with reliability and efficiently compared to laggy droids.

Dude Nokia asha 311 is a feature phone and it has gorilla glass, polarizer and also capacitive touch. Nokia rules the feature phone market. The most functional phones are the ones Nokia have in this price range.

[deleted post]You seriously want a sensitive touch and gorilla glass in a 50$ phone? Do you even have any idea what you are saying?
For your information, you are getting way much more things in a 50$ phone than you can imagine. You need to respect it, instead of criticizing and for god sake, don't compare it with flagships or mid range Android phones.
Another Analyst, 05 Jul 2013Great news! Nokia is updating their feature phones, actually smartphones whereas Samsung never... morenokias feature phones are still on resistive touch they were behind other major brands in bringing capacitive touch and gorilla glass to their phones.
Is this available on the Asha 311 as well? It says "No update available" still.
