Anonymous, 09 Jul 2013amazing phone i bet it will run better on jellybean, what a waste.Even cheap smartphones now run on Jellybean. Android will only spoil the uniqueness of this phone. What sets this phone apart from the rest is it's like no other. There is no alternative for this phone. It's on a league of its own.

So I guess no RAW mode, this time, either.
32GM of built in storage is good, but not for RAW + videos on a week or more abroad. Sure, there might be cheap wifi connections at hostels or hotels, sometimes free, but they are often slow, so dont count on doing any serious image and video back-uping to the cloud.
If it were to support USB-otg, it could be fine... But I doubt it will.
Having a small, or a few small USB-sticks could have been a great option, often even better than having a bunch of micro-SD cards. Micro-sd cards are more expensive per GB than USB-memories. And if you dont get the slightly more expensive kind they wont be as fast as the built in storage and can affect your image and video capture, if you were to set storage to micro-SD, otherwise you would still have to perform a copy, and then, although not as compact solution USB-otg adapter plus USB-stick is usually more practical than switching micro-sd cards as those are often hidden beneath the cover, and those behind trap doors with spring loading are often very fiddely. Just connecting a USB cable and a flash drive is so much easier, and still compact enough to fit your carry on.
But WP has not proper file manager.
And I don't think there is USB-otg storage mode support in WP, but I could be wrong on that, but I have never read in reviews about that support on any of the WP phones I've read up on.
Finally installed MeeGo on a Samsung Galaxy Y but still horrible lags. Microsoft and Nokia, i am coming to you. Wait until Lumia 1020 launches in my country called Antarctica. Lol
PD, 09 Jul 2013@popye, "Gorgeous & beautiful" yet you bought the Lumia 920..lol :-)I bet you haven't seen, let alone used, a Lumia 920 in person. It's the most beautiful phone ever. Internet pictures don't do it justice.
It's fake pic, from front the same pictures of Lumia 920 http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_...res-4967.php

Omar Mohamed, 09 Jul 2013PureView Captures 34 MP @ 16:9 , not 32MP GSMArena!.That was for the 808.We can't confirm it will be the case for this phone too unless some other sources reported as such.It should be able to do 34mp though.
Its definitely fake. There is no shadow for the yellow color. On top of it, there is this weird shadow under the yellow phone that is facing the camera.

Anonymous, 09 Jul 2013Can't wait for the resolution chart shots of this thing here on gsmarena. I guess it will be r... morejust giving a number for LPPH(and not LPH but it's ok also this way) and then concludeing it's not much is like someone saying the new Ford X has Y bhp which is not that much and equals to just saying-nothing. Compare that number with other smartphone cameras, point&shoot or compact cameras and then draw the line along with explaining on what influences it the most(lenses which ZEISS does pretty "decent" when it comes to this) and so on..." 41mp branding " - I agree it sounds also good in terms of advertising but it also works, sorry, it isn't just an ultracr@p name or zoom universe...
I'm using the Lumia 820 and I love the phone but the 1020 is gonna replace my 820 :)
I'm happy that I was right about the two gigs of RAM :)
good going nokia
Until this news i was not sure if to go for L925 or this L1020. L925 looks terribly nice and i'm not quite the kind of photo addicted guy. But they say 'never before seen on a WP handset 2GB of RAM'. The choice is simple now:)
Finger crossed for upgraded CPU and GPU too.
