Apparently a mid range( 4cores, 2GB?, LTE) smartphone, with damn good battery. with dust, water proof. cheap, and free of bloatware. Any thing missing?

Whoa! I think this phone is marvelous. But if it will come in my country for about 6 months, i'd go for s4 active or sony zr. I dont care about the price, need to replace my xperia go. Xperia go was wonderful, but i need a better water resistant camera for my water sport.

This is said to be a very affordable phone with high value for ones money. The Droid/RAZR Ultra will be their top model. Moto is now focusing in user experience, which is very good.

I'm really looking forward to these new phones from Moto. Just hope they go worldwide, not just the americas.

If Motorola wants to get back in the race, besides the lte they should make this pne have atleast a 5 in display, waterproofing and shockproofing. How can i forget...with a much lower price compared to the xperia z and s4 active

Funny how some people say the Moto X looks like a cheap Chinese phone, as it's designed and made in USA. hahaha

They may hold patents but until some of their innovations other than the pureview tech come to light in an actual product, they are suffocating themselves under that locked OS and are proving to be nothing more than an old dog refusing to learn new tricks. Motorola/LG/Sony/Samsung/Apple/HTC/Google, all of them have something consumers want in a device, cameras included but they each offer so much more than what the Finns are doing now.

No official specs have been released yet -all that weve been reading about have been rumours only. And even going from those rumours there is little to nothing that is new / ground breaking. Actually it's more the opposite... Most of the specs are good but not top end.
