So much talk doing the rounds about X1. when SE is going to release this damn thing? Are they waiting for Samsung to release a upgraded Omnia with QWERTY keyboard? Come on.

We get everything after Japan and you guys get it much later than us, hahahhahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahah

> In reply to ahmad @ 2008-10-23 22:12 from 42XhI have also the Htc PRO, and I can see nothing is special here. Anyone can download spb shell for $30, but the touch flo 3d is only designed for Htc. I can understand that the hardware is better than the Pro, but let's wait and see the real performance of the set.
I can see that this slight difference will not push me to get this set when it is released, but instead I should wait for the Htc touch HD with the keyboard if this rumor is correct.
Beside all that the set is delayed for a long time where I am enjoying using my Htc Pro instead of waiting all this long time.

rang SE in Australia, they say they don't know which carrier is bringing this phone out, but they are 100% it will be out BEFORE christmas.. heres hoping SE!!
i saw someone post a note as to if X1 can take an iphone skin/panel...why would you..go buy an iphone leave X1 to the experts who will appriciate it...go and get carried away by the mindless nonesense that is the iphone... more trouble than its worth i say.. and belive me.. i manage an OPtus store...

> In reply to Khalil @ 2008-10-23 23:26 from MDV1it was actually designed and manufactured by HTC.
the only thing that was designed by SE is its facial looks.
even the interface wasn't SE, it utilizes third party interface (SPB mobileshell interface).

Pity SE has chuck UIQ away but maybe WinMo is de way 2 go and I hope Motorola throws it away 2 and focus on WinMo, MotoMagix Linux and Android which are reported to be working on a smartphone based on that new OS. Keep posting homies. Peace!
