> In reply to just for iphone? @ 2008-10-29 05:19 from 4A$5 - click to readApple is getting the credit because the iPhone running OSX has more than enough power to handle it, despite all the ill informed opinions it IS THE BEST operating system ever put into a phone.

This is what makes the iPhone unique.

This is why my iPod TOUCH rocks. iPhone is pathetic as for a phone. Like someone mentioned, almost every 3G phone out there is better than the iphone.

YOU ALL don't understand, the G1 is not all about google. Google made the OS, thats it. They make their money thru their search engine. Thats why they make software for everyone.

i don't get why the credits should go to iphone, why not google?

like iphone's google maps... why is iphone getting all the credits? they have google maps for symbian too, if u try it on a n95, it works just as well, maybe even better. wait till they release a google earth for symbian release, any symbian device probably handle just as well.

question is, how many users even knew they could install apps just the same as iphones? what just because bcoz iphone reminded almost everybody they could install apps in their phone, it should get credits by default now?
