Nexus4 quad s4pro are google optimized phone which is on par
With gal.s4 s600..s4 is not truly amazed me interm how much processing power differ compare to last year.
Moto x really impress me with the benchmark score and the pricetag half cheaper 300 less than s4.
Do your math first mate..

Samsung is high priced? Based on what the X costs and the specs, I'd say the S4 is a MUCH better deal.

Let see how it will sell with so low hardware specifications.
Google Nexus 7(v1) and price tag $150 is with better spec than that joke they try to market!

Every Android OEMs are cheaters. Samsung being the biggest one. If i ever decide to buy another Android phone then i am totally dependant on unknown brands.

Super amoled full hd display in s4 is best amoled display out here. I think you have a microscope eye.

Way to cheat benchmark score.....samsung should lower the s4 price by $100 than this will make sense to the real performance of the phone.
In 3d mark and glbench2.7........anandtech mention its only about 1-2 fps higher than nexus4.which i mean 1 %faster than last year flagship.
Nexus4 just only $299 with off contract. 700$ is a way to high.

However, hardware wise (processor, specs etc.) I feel they are luring customers only on the basis of a spec sheet rather than really putting as much brain to their hardware like they do when adding new features (air features, multitasking, pop up play... the list is endless). Kudos to Moto for thinking different in terms of hardware. finally a device that will provide outstanding battery life and performance.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-08-02 12:25 from 9A1Z - click to readSince I'm a bit inside the business, I get to try the S4 - as well as any other phone - before I decide to buy one.

Removwing the TouchWiz removes several features. And therefore defeats the prupose.

In off-screen benchmarks they perform equal. On-screen the Moto X packs a lot more punch. It also has a better screen and camera.

The official report is come from anandtech lab.its not a rumour anymore that samsung use such a stupid way to win in benchmark
Score for the sake begging people buy s4 octa version.
Anandtech is a higly approve technical benchmarking in term of
Electronic /software speed performance.they dont need other experties to help them and most of them are electronic engineering people.
The world already know whos is the cheater and octa care marketing lie!!!!!.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-08-02 10:09 from ajUf - click to readWho are you satisfying here? People or Benchmark?

Who cares if you got blazing 90000000000 score on benchmarks, when it lags in the eyes of the people?

What is important is it should never lag when people uses it in real life and real applications.. THAT worth much more then benchmark scores.

Its just like a student might get high marks for exam, but never be successful in real work life.

Thats why i am never impress if they show high benchmark test, as its unreal and too conditional.. and in samsung case.. a cheater. Real life usage and personal eyes should be the judge.

Is this not a tech site? if it is why are people so enragingly uninformed. My 90 year old grandpa knows more about technology than half of the guys here.

I mean guys complimenting LCD over oled at the very moment that oled was designed from the ground up to solve the numerous faults of LCD. Or a handful that think that having a quad core is somehow an advantage in an OS that hardly supports 2 cores in 95% of use cases. Or the most laughable of all the guy who thought a 1080p pen tile looks better than 720p RGB. Why do i even bother reading, half of you have the understanding and intelligence of a 10 year old. Half here are not even remotely right they're exactly wrong at almost every word they use... Im off...

Moto, price this right and you have a winner....i
