> In reply to Meeee @ 2013-08-06 16:55 from t}AJ - click to readConsidering it's happening in America, yeah the US Government would have the power of veto there and not in any other country. What's your point? MY point was how this might not have happened if Apple were trying to block Samsung sales in the USA. It would be in the USA's interest to keep Apple selling at the expense of other nations' companies. And please don't call me dear - it sounds creepy.

Right way to abuse the system:
Apple -- "Your phone/tablet *looks* like ours."

Wrong way to "abuse" the system:
Samsung -- "We have proof that your phone/tablet *uses* our patented technologies."

Can't help thinking that this might have gone differently if Apple were no a US company. Seems laughable that they are trying to prevent a monopoly by Samsung when they're host country to Apple and Microsoft.

Apple, Obama, haters, SUCKS

Apple is almost go to "hell" when samsung dominate the gadget market. Apple feel panic. So, they use various of dirty tactics to condemn samsung so they can raising up. And now they use Obama's vetoes to kill samsung? What a big shame! Apple and obama should learn to accepting the fact, FACT IS FACT, understand? Totally sucks.

Obama and his vetoes

He should learn to be a fair administrator and not to use the power for the sake of Apple only. It is abuse of power. Everybody knows that Apple is American company and of course Obama is an American and...everyone know what will happen.

Apple is down, the haters disappear, shame and fear

Yeah, of course Apple (and Obama) will falling down (and shame) of this issue. Haters?? oohh yeeahh...what a shame! they will lock up their mouth and...hoarding!

Samsung heats up

Clearly samsung is innocent and I think they will receive the benefits and praise. They've done numerous innovations to improve the image of them but there are also villains who want to topple them.

So I think its a big blows for apple and obama...and please think about it.
